Nutri Wing proprietor Tony te Wierik is a passionate breeder of finches and his magnificent aviaries house blue caps, white-eared masks, red siskins, pictorellas, diamond firetails, yellow painteds, auroras, Senegals, fawn plumheads, red strawberries, sea green parrot finches, tri-coloured parrot finches, pink African fires, orange breasts, St Helenas and yellow rumps.

Tony found that his breeding programme was compromised by poor quality feed of questionable nutritional value and decided to do something about it. After undertaking a lot of research, Tony has established a group of growers in Western Australia who are prepared to grow the required varieties of seed and provide a year-round high quality supply source.

Tony claims 100% better results from his breeding programme - from the same birds in the same aviaries - as a result of the improvement in feed quality, and other WA finch breeders support this from their own experiences.
